Academic pricing is per ticket: €1.20 per paid ticket (or 1.5%, capped at €3.50). Free lectures and student events cost nothing, and we work with how your institution pays.
All prices exclude VAT (ΦΠΑ), charged where applicable. Payment processing fees are charged by your payment provider at their rates — Venuoro adds nothing on top.

The fine print, plainly
Is there really no per-ticket fee?
Really. Your subscription covers unlimited paid tickets, so a sold-out event costs you the same as a quiet one. The only per-ticket cost is your payment provider's processing fee — which goes to them, not to us.
How do refunds work?
Organisers refund an order in one click from the sales dashboard — the payment is returned and the tickets are revoked automatically, no support ticket needed.
